Let's Talk About It.

We all have stories that feel too chaotic, too funny, or too painful to share. But those are the exact moments that bring us closer together. Through comedy, speaking, and creative storytelling, I help people find meaning in the messiness of life while remembering to laugh along the way.

  • This talk focuses on the power of storytelling for the modern leader. Brooke shares her unique perspective and experience on how stories saved her life and built her brand.

  • One of the hardest things in the world is to grieve the loss of someone or something you love. The next hardest thing is to undo all the unhealthy habits we picked up along the grief journey, put our pieces back together and move forward in life.

Brooke is a certified sobriety coach and the host of this live 2 hour workshop exploring those very topics. Through her personal journey, education and professional experience she offers high value, hope and transformation to those who are ready to rebuild their life after loss.

  • This 30 min comedy set explores the world of recovery and relationships. Brooke shares it all, raw, real, honest and hilarious. This set isn't just for laughs its an exploration of the trials in marriage, motherhood, recovery, grief and a space where shame leaves the building.

Brooke isn't just a comedian, she is a Hilarapist. This means her shows are a mix of punchlines and hope for those who have struggled with mental health and addiction.

Perfect for Treatment Centres, Sober Events and Mental Health Conferences not so great for corporate events or children's parties.

  • Undiagnosed ADHD in women has lead to a lot of us never feeling enough. We feel irresponsible, irrational, over emotional, under prepared, too messy, too loud, too much and not enough all at the same time.

In this talk Brooke shares her personal journey with a late diagnosis and how her neurodivergence shaped her whole life and eventually became her superpower leading her to becoming an award winning founder, creative entrepreneur and mentor to many women who struggled with substance use.

The audience will go from suffering in silence to owning their imperfections, push through fear and make meaning out of their mess.

  • Brooke hosts live workshops, networking events and mini-retreats centred around creating clarity in business (in more ways than one).

This isn't your typical corporate talk. This is an immersive hands on exploration of creating a workplace culture that is inclusive for those that don't drink and building leadership, networking and sales events where alcohol is optional not the main character.

  • Make people feel something when they land on your page. That is how we can truly make impact with content.

With a background in documentary film making, Brooke does content different and it works. Your reels need to hit the feels in order to create a bond between your audience and you.

This workshop explores how to bring documentary style storytelling into your content and why that has become the highest converting posts lately. If you are looking to make an impact online this is your workshop!

"Life can be messy.
Let's make the mess meaningful."

The Content Origin Story

I was 16 when I got my first digital camera. I became obsessed with creating videos. Social media, YouTube, TikTok, none of it existed yet. It was just me, myspace and viewing parties with friends. If you would of told me then that someday I could make content that the world could see without needing to be "discovered" I would have screamed with excitement.

I can not believe we live in a time where we can build platforms and create for an audience without having to get through a gate keeper. This is so magical, so powerful and unbelievably cool!
